About our products & service
Our homemade style layered sponge cakes are freshly made and decorated with our special buttercream icing recipe or rolled fondant, by our award winning decorator. The creme fillings come in a variety of flavors and we only use real berries, not jam, for our berry fillings. There are no nut or nut products and we do not use lard in our cakes. We also offer lactose free fillings only for our customers with allergies.
At this time, we do not offer any 'sugar free', eggless or lactose free cakes for those who have these allergies.Due to our special and unique product, and in order to ensure good quality and service to our valued customers, all orders are taken on a "first come, first served" basis. We therefore recommend at least 7-10 days advance notice to secure your order.
(We may need more time for orders on holiday weekends or for personalized orders)

We can bake most any shape cake with our large selection of over 200 pans to match your party theme. Custom designs our specialty! In many cases, we can copy from your party napkin, card, coloring book, T-Shirt or just about anything.
